FLAVOR

WodBoost is a stimulant-free pre-workout formula specifically designed to amplify an athlete's physical performance during high-intensity sessions.

The combination of cellular buffers (beta-alanine and sodium bicarbonate), nitric oxide precursors (concentrated beetroot juice and citrulline malate) and creatine monohydrate work in well-known synergy to delay the onset of muscle fatigue and increase strength and endurance. power in high intensity efforts, allowing the athlete to maximize their performance in each training session and during competitive events.

Unlike the rest of the brands in the sector, the WodBoost formula contains high doses of active compounds, covering the necessary amounts established by expert consensus to obtain the beneficial effects that these compounds can generate on performance. In line with our commitment to honesty and transparency, our labeling clearly shows the exact amounts of each of the active ingredients it contains, all of which are backed by the most up-to-date research.

HOW TO TAKE WODBOOST?

Take 16g (1.5 scoops) dissolved in 300-400mL of water along with 1-3 caffeine capsules around 45 minutes before your workout and enjoy the kick.

WHO IS THIS PRE-TRAINING AIMED AT?

Athletes who perform high intensity activities combining strength, power and metabolic conditioning. If you want to take a quality leap in your training and reach your maximum potential, WodBoost is the most powerful and effective formula on the market.

BENEFITS OF WODBOOST ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

CITRULLINE MALATE

The only ingredient in our formula that is among the substances with Grade B evidence, but that shows encouraging results in terms of its possible beneficial effects, becoming one of the essential ingredients of our product.

This compound is considered a sports performance enhancer as it is a precursor of Arginine and, therefore, of Nitric Oxide. Among its ergogenic effects, the increase in maximum strength, power and the number of repetitions in exercises performed at high intensity stand out, as well as its ability to increase the fatigue threshold.

In addition, it seems to promote muscle recovery after very demanding exercise sessions by increasing blood flow due to its vasodilator effect, helping to eliminate waste compounds resulting from cellular metabolism and decreasing muscle pain after physical exercise.

WodBoost is the most powerful formula on the market in this regard, by including effective doses of this compound of 7 g. per take, well above the rest of the competitors.

BETA-ALANINE

Being part of the substances with grade A evidence, Beta-Alanine is an amino acid precursor to Carnosine, which acts as a buffer against the accumulation of protons at the cellular level during physical activity, delaying the onset of muscle fatigue.

It improves physical performance by attenuating neuromuscular fatigue in continuous or intermittent activities of between 30 seconds and 10 minutes, although its effects are more pronounced in activities whose duration varies between 1 and 4 minutes.

The effective dose of this ingredient is covered by the 4 g. per serving containing WodBoost. In addition, its effects are enhanced when combined with other compounds such as Sodium Bicarbonate and/or Creatine, which are also part of the composition of our pre-workout.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

It is the most widely studied sports supplement and with the most scientifically supported positive effects on sports performance that exists, responsible for saturating muscle stores of phosphocreatine, an essential molecule for the synthesis of ATP.

Among its most recognized effects, the increase in maximum strength and the improvement of performance in consecutive series of high intensity stand out, also increasing recovery speed and delaying the onset of fatigue in this type of physical demand.

Other lesser-known effects of this ingredient, but no less interesting in terms of the athlete's abilities, are the reduction of the damage caused by exercise by favoring regeneration and hypertrophy. This effect is mediated by hydration and cell expansion produced by the consumption of this compound.

WodBoost contain 3 g. per dose, sufficient quantity to cover slow loading and maintenance requirements. In combination with our RxCOVERY 2:1 recovery formula, the amount of creatine monohydrate provided by both products rises to 6 g, covering the recommended dose spectrum that varies between 3 g and 5 g daily.

SODIUM BICARBONATE

Another of the compounds with a large number of studies behind it that support its effectiveness is sodium bicarbonate. In this case, its buffering capacity is at the extracellular level: it improves the flow of hydrogen ions between the muscle and the blood, reducing the acidification of the environment and delaying the onset of muscle fatigue in short, high-intensity exercises.

BEET JUICE CONCENTRATE

Beetroot contains a high amount of nitrates, precursors of nitric oxide which, as we mentioned in the case of citrulline malate, causes vasodilation and increases oxygen transport to muscle tissue, among other beneficial effects. Consequently, we can achieve a delay in the onset of fatigue in long-term activities (between 12 min and 40 min).
