Antonio Gómez López with NIF 48416159D, hereinafter COREX SPORT FITNESS with address at C/Joaquín Martínez Maciá, 56 Bajo LOCAL - 03205 Elche (Alicante) and telephone 661 35 82 47 will only make shipments within the national territory, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs
Valid for the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
These expenses will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of the shipment. This will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase in the cart itself.
delivery times
The maximum delivery time will be 7 working days in the Peninsula from the day after the order is issued. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded.
In the event that any of the requested items are out of stock, COREX SPORT FITNESS will contact the customer to inform them of the approximate delivery date. The shipping address can never be a post office box or a postal code.
Warranty and Return of an article
Warranty
COREX SPORT FITNESS is responsible for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from the delivery of the product, therefore it is necessary to keep the proof of purchase and present it at the time of claiming the guarantee. Modified or altered purchase receipts will not be valid.
The guarantee covers any lack of conformity that appears in the product within 2 years of receipt. For these purposes, a lack of conformity is understood as the total or partial inadequacy of a product to the conditions of normal use by the consumer who has purchased or contracted it for reasons not attributable to him. In this sense, deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, or materials subjected to wear due to normal use, are excluded from the guarantee.
Withdrawal and return of an item
Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) days, counting from the date of receipt, to exercise the right of withdrawal that Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws are approved and proceed to return the product.
Returns from the shipping address:
In case of return, COREX SPORT FITNESS will reimburse all payment received from the client, including, where appropriate, delivery costs. However, the client will assume the direct costs of returning the goods, understood as the postage costs of the same.
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment made by the customer. The client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their operation, so in this case, the client will receive the value of the good in the reception conditions.
