FIDELAZATION PROGRAM

The LOYALTY PROGRAM is a direct discount program on your purchases. Every time you place an order with us (minimum amount €20) a discount balance will be generated in your customer account that you can use to discount your next order. The more you buy, the more you save.
You will access the Loyalty Program when you register as a new customer and you will receive a welcome balance of €1.5 and if you follow us on Instagram €4.5 more

How do you get the discount balance?

For every euro you spend on your purchases you will get 1 point.

Example:

100 points (€100) = €3 balance to accumulate or spend.

Terms and Conditions

• Loyalty balance will be added when placing an order with a web payment method
• Loyalty balance includes Taxes.
• Your balance will appear in the "POINTS" section of "My account" and you can use it by selecting it in "Redeem points".
• You can select the amount you want to spend on your new order.
• A COUPON will be generated to enter it in the shopping cart.
• You will not be able to discount more balance than the value of your order.
• The balance expires after 6 months if you have not used it.
• The balance is calculated on the amount of the purchase.
• The cancellation of an order implies the loss of the balance generated in that purchase.
• In the returns of a complete order, the amount paid by the customer will be paid.
